Specifications: Description: Urethane-based,high brightness. It is an extremely resistant synthetic varnish especially forwooden parts of sea vessels.
Features: Bright, fast drying,hardness quickly, resistant to rain, sun and hitting. It has resistant to seawater.
Application area: It can be appliedon wooden parts of sea vessels. It is applied on wooden parts of buildingseither alone or with Cabel Wood Protector. It gives brightness.
Application: It is applied with abrush or a spray gun. Places on which it is applied must be cleaned from dirt,dust and grease. Painted and varnished surfaces must be sanded with emery.Surfaces which were colored by Cabel Wood Protector must be sanded with emeryto make it ready for varnishing. First coat of primer must be thinned with %10Cabel Synthetic to be absorbed well. 2 and 3 coats must be applied withoutthinning 3-6 hours later. Before each coat the surface must be sanded in orderto get good adhesion.
Dry time: (25°C) against dust 2-3hours,
Complete drying 24 hours,
Resistance to physical and chemical effects 2-3 days.
Storage: It can be stored one yearin unopened at room temperature.
Consumption: Depending on thesurface for one coat 15-17 m2/lt.
Dilute: Applying with a brush, with the exception of the primer coat, it is not thinned. Apply with a spray gun,use % 10 Cabel Synthetic Thinner.
