4.Reference to construction:
1.The paint should be thoroughly mixed and wait 10mins before sparying or brushing.The application should be clean and dry. Artifical or machinery clean the rust on the surface to Sa2.5 or St3 while construction temperature should be above zero degree and avoid construction on hot sunny ,rainning and sand winding days.The construction place should be isolated from fire while with good ventilation conditions.
2.The imxed paint should be used within 8 h to avoid wasting caused by plasticzing while the remaining should be tightly closed and placed in cool place.The interval time of two painting should be over 4hours,while the last varnish should be miantaind 7-15 days before using.
3.Use exclusive thinner to modulate the paint.Normally paint one or two primers while paint three or four times for special conditions.
