Specifications: 1.components: The paint is made of polyethylene butyral resin dissolved in alcohol solvent, anti-rust paint from
grinding, and it is supporting with phosphating solution in a separate package according to a
certain proportion.
2.Charateristics:The paint is used as the surface procesiing agent for colored and black mental to phosphory
and strenthen its adhesion.
3.Functions:The paint(so called washing primer) is appliacable to metal structures of ships, buoys, bridges,
gauges equipments and so on as coating.
4.Construction reference:
1.Please lean the rust,oil and water before constructing.Preferably use sandblast to clean it.
2.Thoroughly mix the paint.If the pigment is precipitation which is not easy for mixing,please pour off the upper sectionand stir the remaining section before put the paint into the mixture for further mixing.
3.Put the primer (part one)into none-mental vessel for stirring while put into phosphory solvent(part two) before waiting 15-30 min for using.The mixture should be used up within 12 hours to avoid wasting due to longtime.
4.Brush and spray are acceptable.DonĄŻt use too much phosphy solvent to modulate the viscosity because it is easy to cuse bleaching which will badly influence the effects.
5.The onstruction environment should be dry while the temperature should be above 10 degree.When the previous paint is dry paint the later one.
6.The thinner should be Butanol and ethanol according to 7:3
